What we get asked most
Do I need to install anything?
No. Pulzo runs in your phone's or your computer's browser. You sign in with your email or a code by SMS.
Will the pharmacy accept the prescription?
Yes. It's signed by the doctor who saw you, with their license number, and it can be verified online.
How do I pay?
By card, in dollars or in bolívares at the day's rate. You pay for each visit separately.
Do you cover all of Venezuela?
Yes, as long as you have a connection. Mobile data is enough for a video call.
What if I don't have email?
You can sign in with a code sent by SMS. No password needed.
